The diary

• Three views. Day, week and month, starting on the week view.

Statuses that follow the visit

Every appointment has a status, from scheduled and confirmed through checked in and in progress to completed, cancelled or no-show. There are seven appointment types: checkup, cleaning, treatment, consultation, emergency, follow-up and other. Marking missed visits as no-show keeps a record you can count later.

Google Calendar

With Google Calendar connected, an appointment created in the clinic system appears on the dentist's own calendar, so the dentist sees the day on the phone they already carry.

Missed appointments

Software cannot make a patient arrive, but it can make follow-up easier. Staff with management access can write an email from the Notifications page and send it to one patient, to every patient who has an email address, or to everyone with an upcoming appointment. What scheduling does not do

• It does not send automatic reminders. There is no automatic SMS, WhatsApp or email reminder to patients; the email message above is written and sent by your staff.
• Patients cannot book online. Appointments are created by clinic staff.
• The email that appears when an appointment is created goes to the staff member who created it, not to the patient.
