Dental clinic software for clinics in Jordan

Dental clinics in Jordan range from a single dentist to centres with several doctors, and they all need the same few things to work together: the chart, the diary, the patient file and the invoice. Devign Dentistry puts them in one cloud system that works in Arabic or English, on a computer or a phone.

You build the list of treatments your clinic offers, with your own codes and prices, and treatment plans and invoices are made from it. The software costs $29 per clinic per month with all users included, and the first 30 days are free with no credit card.

What matters to a clinic in Jordan

  • Your price list, not ours. The procedure catalogue holds the treatments you offer with a code, a category, a default price and a duration. New clinics can start from a list of 14 common procedures with no prices and set the prices themselves.
  • Plans a patient can follow. A treatment plan is built from the catalogue and moves from planned to in progress to completed, tooth by tooth, so the patient and the dentist see the same list.
  • Arabic and English side by side. Each user chooses the interface language, and the Arabic interface reads right to left.
  • From trial to price without surprises. 30 days free with no card, then $29 per clinic per month. No per-seat charge, no extra modules.

What the software covers

  • Dental chart — FDI numbering and five surfaces per tooth, with a dated history of every change.
  • Appointments — A calendar per dentist, double-booking warnings and Google Calendar sync.
  • Billing — Invoices from completed treatment, part-payments and a balance on every invoice.
  • Price and trial — $29 per clinic per month, all users included, 30 days free without a card.

Questions from clinics in Jordan

How much does it cost in Jordan, and how do I pay?

$29 per clinic per month, in US dollars, with every user included. Payment is by card through Stripe, billed monthly. If your card is not accepted, contact us on WhatsApp and we will arrange the subscription with you directly.

Can I price treatments in dinars with fils?

Mostly. Set the clinic currency symbol to JOD and every invoice and report uses it. One limit: amounts are stored and shown with two decimal places, while the dinar is divided into 1,000 fils, so a price with three decimals is rounded to two. Try your price list in the free trial to see how it looks.

Can I set up my own price list?

Yes. Add each treatment with a code, a category (diagnostic, preventive, restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, surgical, orthodontic, periodontic or other), a default price and a duration. You can also add the starter list of 14 common procedures and then set your own prices.

What happens to my records when the trial ends?

If the trial ends without a paid plan, the clinic is locked except for the subscription page, and its data is kept for 90 days. During that time you can still download everything as CSV files, or choose a plan on the website. After the 90 days we may delete the data, after notice to the clinic's email address.

Is it approved by the Ministry of Health or another Jordanian body?

No. Devign Dentistry has no approval, licence or certification from the Jordanian Ministry of Health or any other Jordanian body, and we do not claim any. Patient data is stored on servers in France, as our privacy policy states; we do not offer hosting inside Jordan.

How does support work from Jordan?

Questions go to Devign LLC on WhatsApp at +1 307 218 9637 or by email at info@devignlb.com. Jordan is on UTC+3 all year. Lebanon, where the team works, is on UTC+3 in summer and UTC+2 in winter, so the clocks match for part of the year and differ by one hour in the rest. We do not publish fixed support hours.
