Create your clinic account yourself, with no credit card and no call with a salesperson. You get the whole product for 30 days, with every user included, and you decide afterwards whether to carry on at $29 per clinic per month.

How to start

1. Open the sign-up page and enter your clinic name, your name, your email address, your phone number and a password.
2. Open the link we email you to confirm your address. You can start using the clinic straight away; the address must be confirmed within 3 days.
3. Set up the clinic: your clinic details and currency symbol, and, if you like, a starter list of 14 common procedures to which you add your own prices.
4. Add a few patients, chart a tooth, book an appointment and create an invoice. Add your staff with their own logins.

What you get during the trial

• The whole product: dental chart, appointments with Google Calendar sync, patient records, treatment plans, billing and reports.
• Every user. Add as many staff as you need; the price does not depend on the number.
• The same login on the web and in the iPhone and Android apps.

What happens on day 30

We email you reminders in the last week of the trial. To keep going, choose the plan on the website and pay by card; your data stays exactly as it is.

If you do nothing, the clinic is locked except for the subscription page, and the data is kept for 90 days. In that time you can download everything as CSV files or choose a plan. After 90 days we may delete the data, after notice to your email address.

There is one trial for each email address and phone number.
