Pricing: one plan, $29 per clinic per month
Devign Dentistry has one plan. It costs $29 per clinic per month, and every user in the clinic is included. You can try the whole product free for 30 days first, without entering a credit card.

What the plan includes
- Dental chart. FDI numbering, five surfaces per tooth, a dated history of every change.
- Appointments. Day, week and month calendar, a view per dentist, double-booking warnings, Google Calendar sync.
- Patient records and treatment plans. Patient files with documents, and plans built from your own procedure catalogue.
- Billing and reports. Invoices from completed treatment, part-payments, PDF invoices, revenue, appointment and patient reports.
- Roles for the team. Super Admin, Admin, Dentist and Secretary, each with their own login.
- Web, iPhone and Android. The same clinic data in the browser and in the apps, in English, Arabic, French and Spanish.
Per clinic, not per seat
A clinic with one dentist and one secretary pays $29 a month. A clinic with six dentists and four staff members also pays $29 a month. Adding a user never changes the price, and there are no separate charges for modules.
How payment works
The first 30 days are a free trial. After that, you choose the plan on the website and pay by card through Stripe. If you add a payment method during the trial, the first charge is scheduled after the trial end date shown to you.
The subscription renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel from the billing portal; cancelling stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. The full terms are in the Terms of Service.
Pricing questions
How much does Devign Dentistry cost?
$29 per clinic per month, in US dollars, with every user in the clinic included. There is no per-seat charge and no separate module pricing.
Is there a free trial, and do I need a credit card?
Yes. The trial lasts 30 days and no credit card is needed to start. You create the account yourself on the website and confirm your email address with a link.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you have not chosen a plan, the clinic is locked except for the subscription page, and its data is kept for 90 days. During that time you can still download everything as CSV files or choose a plan on the website.
How do I pay, and in which currency?
By card through Stripe, in US dollars. If your bank's card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount. If your card is not accepted, contact us on WhatsApp at +1 307 218 9637 and we will arrange the subscription with you directly.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
Are taxes included in the price?
No. The price is $29 per clinic per month excluding applicable taxes, as stated in the Terms of Service.
Is there an annual plan or a discount for several clinics?
There is one plan, billed monthly. We do not list an annual price or a multi-clinic discount.
