Dental clinic software for clinics in Egypt
A dental clinic in Egypt may be one dentist with a secretary or a centre with several chairs, and either way the paper register and the Excel sheet start to hurt at the same point: when nobody can quickly find what was done at the patient's last visit. Devign Dentistry keeps the chart, the diary, the patient file and the invoices in one cloud system, in Arabic, English, French or Spanish.
It costs $29 per clinic per month with all users included, and the first 30 days are a free trial that needs no credit card. It runs in the browser on any computer and as iPhone and Android apps, so there is nothing to install or host in the clinic.
What matters to a clinic in Egypt
- A practical way to start from paper or Excel. There is no spreadsheet import today, so patients are added one by one. A workable start is the patients booked for the coming week; the rest are added as they visit.
- Arabic screens for the front desk. The Arabic interface reads right to left, and each user picks their own language, so the dentist can stay in English.
- The same price for one chair or five. The $29 is per clinic with every user included, not per dentist.
- The chart that follows the patient. Every condition recorded on a tooth surface is dated, so the next visit starts from what was found last time.
- EGP on the invoice. Enter EGP as the clinic currency and every invoice and report uses it.
What the software covers
- Dental chart — FDI numbering and five surfaces per tooth, with a dated history of every change.
- Appointments — A calendar per dentist, double-booking warnings and Google Calendar sync.
- Billing — Invoices from completed treatment, part-payments and a balance on every invoice.
- Price and trial — $29 per clinic per month, all users included, 30 days free without a card.
Questions from clinics in Egypt
How much does it cost in Egypt, and how do I pay?
$29 per clinic per month, in US dollars, with every user in the clinic included. Payment is by card through Stripe, billed monthly. If your card is not accepted, contact us on WhatsApp and we will arrange the subscription with you directly. The first 30 days are free with no credit card.
Does it work with the Egyptian Tax Authority e-invoice system?
No. Devign Dentistry has no connection to the Egyptian Tax Authority's e-invoicing system and we do not claim its invoices meet any official format. It creates clinic invoices from completed treatment and lets you choose the currency symbol. Invoice PDFs use a standard font with English labels, so Arabic letters do not print correctly in them. If your clinic must issue e-invoices, keep that part in a system built for it.
Can I move my existing patients from Excel?
Not by import: there is no spreadsheet upload today, so patients are added one by one. Going the other way is easy: an Admin can download the clinic's whole record as a zip of CSV files whenever they want, so you are never locked in.
Can several dentists share one clinic account?
Yes. Every user is included in the $29. Each person signs in with their own login and one of four roles (Super Admin, Admin, Dentist or Secretary), and the diary can be filtered by dentist.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Open the website in a browser on any computer. There are also iPhone and Android apps published by Devign LLC. The software is cloud-based, so it needs an internet connection.
Is it approved by an Egyptian authority, and where is the data kept?
Devign Dentistry holds no approval, licence or certification from the Ministry of Health and Population or any other Egyptian authority, and we do not claim any. Patient data is stored on servers in France, as our privacy policy states; we do not offer hosting inside Egypt. Check your own licence conditions before you subscribe.
