Dental clinic software for clinics in Iraq
Devign Dentistry is cloud software with an Arabic interface that reads right to left. There is no server to buy and nothing to install in the clinic: you open it in a browser on a computer or in the app on a phone, sign in, and the chart, the diary, the patient files and the invoices are there.
It costs $29 per clinic per month with every user included, and the first 30 days are a free trial that needs no credit card. Treatment can be paid in parts, and the invoice keeps showing what is still owed.
What matters to a clinic in Iraq
- Nothing to install or host. The clinic needs a browser or the iPhone or Android app and an internet connection. There is no local server and no software to maintain.
- Treatment paid in instalments. Record each payment against the invoice as cash, card or insurance. The invoice moves from issued to partially paid to paid, and an invoice can be marked overdue.
- An Arabic interface, per user. Each person chooses their language; the Arabic one reads right to left.
- A dental chart that is dated. Click a tooth and a surface to record the condition; every change is kept with its date, so a patient who returns after months is not charted from scratch.
What the software covers
- Dental chart — FDI numbering and five surfaces per tooth, with a dated history of every change.
- Appointments — A calendar per dentist, double-booking warnings and Google Calendar sync.
- Billing — Invoices from completed treatment, part-payments and a balance on every invoice.
- Price and trial — $29 per clinic per month, all users included, 30 days free without a card.
Questions from clinics in Iraq
How much does it cost in Iraq, and how do I pay?
$29 per clinic per month, in US dollars, with every user in the clinic included. Subscriptions are paid by international card through Stripe. If your card is not accepted, message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange the subscription with you directly. The first 30 days are free with no credit card.
Does it support Kurdish?
Not yet. The interface is available in Arabic, English, French and Spanish. Patient names and notes can be typed in other scripts, but the menus and forms are not translated into Kurdish.
Can I record a patient paying in instalments?
Yes. An invoice can take several payments. Each one is recorded as cash, card or insurance, and the invoice shows the amount paid and the balance until it is settled. Set the currency symbol to IQD if you bill in dinars; amounts are shown with two decimal places.
What do I need to run it, and does it work offline?
A browser on any computer, or the iPhone or Android app, and an internet connection. It is cloud software: there is no offline mode and no installation on a local server, so a stable connection matters.
Is it approved by an Iraqi authority, and where is the data kept?
Devign Dentistry holds no approval, licence or certification from the Iraqi Ministry of Health or any other Iraqi authority, and we do not claim any. Patient data is stored on servers in France, as our privacy policy states; we do not offer hosting inside Iraq. An Admin can export all clinic records as CSV files at any time.
How does support work from Iraq?
Support is on WhatsApp at +1 307 218 9637 and by email at info@devignlb.com, answered by the team at Devign LLC. Iraq is on UTC+3 all year. Lebanon, where the team works, is on UTC+3 in summer and UTC+2 in winter, so the clocks match for part of the year and differ by one hour in the rest. We do not publish fixed support hours.
