Dental clinic software for clinics in Saudi Arabia
A clinic in Saudi Arabia often needs Arabic at the front desk and English at the chair. Devign Dentistry has a complete Arabic interface that reads right to left, and the same patient file can be open in English on a colleague's screen at the same moment.
Behind the interface is a full clinic system: an interactive FDI dental chart with five surfaces per tooth, a calendar per dentist, patient files with attached documents, treatment plans and invoices. It costs $29 per clinic per month with all users included, and the first 30 days are free with no credit card.
What matters to a clinic in Saudi Arabia
- Arabic that reads right to left. When a user chooses Arabic, the whole interface switches to right to left, from the menu to the forms, and the choice belongs to that user only.
- A patient file with the documents in it. Each profile holds medical history, allergies, blood type and emergency contacts, plus attached x-rays, scans, consent forms and insurance documents, up to 10 MB per file.
- Cash, card and insurance recorded as payments. Part-payments are allowed and the balance stays visible on the invoice until it is settled.
- On the computer and on the phone. Reception works in the browser while dentists check the day's list on the iPhone or Android app.

Questions from clinics in Saudi Arabia
How much does it cost, and can I pay in riyals?
$29 per clinic per month, with every user included. The price is set in US dollars and paid by card through Stripe; there is no separate riyal price, so your bank converts the amount at its own rate. The first 30 days are a free trial with no credit card.
Does it connect to ZATCA e-invoicing (Fatoora)?
No. Devign Dentistry has no connection to ZATCA and does not generate e-invoices in the Fatoora format, and we do not claim that its invoices meet that or any other official requirement. It creates clinic invoices from completed treatment, with a currency symbol you choose, for example SAR. If your clinic must issue e-invoices, keep that part in a system built for it.
Can it submit insurance claims?
No. A payment can be recorded as insurance and an insurance document can be attached to the patient file, but the software does not send claims to insurers or to any national claims platform.
Is it approved by a Saudi health authority?
No. Devign Dentistry holds no approval, licence or certification from the Ministry of Health or any other Saudi authority, and we do not claim any. If your facility licence sets conditions on the software that stores patient records, confirm them with the authority that licenses you.
Where is patient data stored?
On servers in France, as our privacy policy states. We do not offer hosting inside Saudi Arabia. If your licence or a contract requires patient data to stay in the Kingdom, check that before you subscribe.
Can I type patient names and notes in Arabic?
Yes. Names, medical history, notes and procedure names can be written in Arabic and are stored and shown as typed. One limit: invoice PDFs are generated with a standard font and English labels, so Arabic letters do not print correctly in them. Try a sample invoice in the trial before you rely on PDFs.
How does support work, and is the time zone a problem?

Saudi Arabia is on UTC+3 all year; Lebanon, where the team works, is on UTC+2 in winter and UTC+3 in summer, so the clocks match for part of the year and differ by one hour in the rest.
