Dental clinic software for clinics in the UAE
Many clinics in the UAE have a team that works in more than one language: a front desk that prefers Arabic, dentists who chart in English, assistants who speak something else. Devign Dentistry lets each person choose English, Arabic, French or Spanish for their own screen, so the clinic does not have to settle on one language for everyone.
It is cloud software for the daily work of a clinic: an FDI dental chart with five surfaces per tooth, a calendar for every dentist, patient records, treatment plans and invoices. It runs in the browser and on iPhone and Android, and costs $29 per clinic per month with every user included.
What matters to a clinic in the UAE
- A language for each person. Language is a personal setting, not a clinic setting. A secretary can work in Arabic, with the screen laid out right to left, while the dentist in the next room works in English on the same patient file.
- One price however large the team. The $29 covers the clinic, not each seat, so adding another dentist or receptionist does not raise the bill.
- A calendar for every dentist. Filter the diary by dentist, get a warning before a dentist is double-booked, and sync appointments to each dentist's Google Calendar.
- Roles that match the clinic. Super Admin, Admin, Dentist and Secretary each see only the screens their role needs.
- Your own currency on invoices. Type AED into the clinic settings and every invoice and report uses it.

How much does it cost in the UAE?
$29 per clinic per month, priced in US dollars, with every user in the clinic included. There is no per-seat or per-module charge. Payment is by card through Stripe, so if your card is in dirhams your bank converts the amount at its own rate. The first 30 days are a free trial that needs no credit card.
Can staff use different languages in the same clinic?
Yes. The language is chosen per user from English, Arabic, French and Spanish, and the Arabic interface reads right to left. What a person types is shown as typed to everyone else, so a patient note written in Arabic stays in Arabic for the whole team.
Does it issue VAT invoices that follow UAE rules?
Devign Dentistry creates invoices from completed treatment, with discount and tax lines, and you set the currency symbol, for example AED. It does not calculate VAT automatically, it is not connected to the Federal Tax Authority, and we do not claim that its invoices meet any official tax-invoice format. Invoice PDFs also use a standard font with English labels, so Arabic letters do not print correctly in them. If your clinic needs formal tax invoices, ask your accountant what is required.
Is it approved by a UAE health authority?
No. Devign Dentistry has no approval, licence or certification from the Department of Health, the Dubai Health Authority, the Ministry of Health and Prevention or any other UAE authority, and we do not claim any. Whether your licence sets conditions on the software that holds patient records depends on the emirate and the facility, so confirm it with the authority that licenses your clinic.
Where is patient data stored?
On servers in France, as our privacy policy states. We do not offer hosting inside the UAE. If your licence or a contract requires patient data to stay in the country, check that before you subscribe. An Admin can export the clinic's records as CSV files at any time.
