1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Devign Dentistry ("the Service"), including our web platform and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Devign Dentistry is a dental clinic management platform that provides tools for patient record management, appointment scheduling, dental charting, treatment planning, billing and invoicing, staff management, and analytics reporting. The Service is intended for use by licensed dental professionals and authorized clinic staff.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other user accounts
Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Use the Service to store or transmit data that infringes on third-party rights
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons

5. Patient Data and Healthcare Compliance

The clinic controls the patient records it enters and is responsible for its legal basis, patient notices, consents, retention schedule and authorised users. Devign supplies practice-management software and does not provide medical care. The Service must not be represented as HIPAA compliant unless Devign and the clinic have separately completed the required assessment and signed a Business Associate Agreement where one is legally required.

6. Subscription and Payment

After the 30-day free trial, access costs USD $29 per clinic per month, excluding applicable taxes. If you add a payment method during the trial, the first charge is scheduled after the displayed trial end date. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel from the Service or billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the current paid period. Charges are final and non-refundable, with no prorated refund or credit, except where required by law, for a confirmed duplicate or incorrect charge, or where Devign materially fails to deliver the paid Service and cannot remedy the failure. Subscriptions bought inside the iPhone or iPad app are App Store subscriptions billed by Apple at USD $34 per month; Apple manages their cancellation and refunds. Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal as described in the policy. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at info@devignlb.com or using the "Delete Account" feature in the application. Upon account deletion:

Your account will be deactivated and personal data deleted within 30 days
Patient records may be retained as required by medical record retention laws
Any active subscription will be cancelled

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Devign and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the system. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical judgment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Devign and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law provides a right or forum that cannot be waived.
